Q-is there free shipping?

A- free shipping is offered on the smaller amenities, larger items like coffee tables, dining tables, slabs etc. required payment of shipment.

Q-How long does my order take to ship?

A-if the item is in stock typically allow 3-5 days before the item ships, once shipped you will receive the tracking number where You can see where the item is currently.

Q-Do you offer international shipping? 

A-we can make accommodation arrangements!

Q-What is your return policy? 

A- after the item arrives please make sure there are no issues like scratches and dents from shipping, if any issues are visible please contact us @redranchproductions@gmail.com with photo proof. there is a 14 day return limit from when the item arrives to your home. If there are no issues (scratches, dents, defective items) and wish to return, only 75% will be refunded for a restocking fee and labor payment to construct the item.
